Administration

Tanis E. Hudson, Administrator

Tanis is our Practice Administrator. She serves as our problem solver and patient advocate by providing assistance with appointment and referral scheduling, insurance authorizations, and coordination of care. She relocated from Tampa to Clermont in February 2002 with her husband John. They have extended family in Clermont, Orlando, Lakeland and New Port Richey. Tanis is also the mother of Dr. Kristina McLean.

Tanis is available to assist both patients and staff with a myriad of questions related to insurance, HIPAA privacy policies, vendor relationships, human resources, community relations, and marketing. The most frequently asked question she gets, however, is related to the office decor, which she designed and implemented herself.

Sandra “Sandy” Hayes, COBGCS ~ Admin. Assistant

Sandy is one of our two Administrative Assistants. She came to us in July 2010 from Dr. Jason Boardman’s office where she managed his practice. Sandy is originally from Tampa and has two grown children who live out of state. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in IT Technology/Business. She is also a certified OB/GYN coder & biller. Sandy is versed in website design, newsletters, etc. She verifies insurance for all our surgery patients as well as our uro-dynamics patients. Sandy is the one who can let you know what your surgery copays or co-insurance will be. Lastly Sandy is known for baking up batches of fresh cookies for our patients in the lobby.

Marisa Cruz Marie`, Admin. Assistant

Marisa has been with us for the past few years and lives in Groveland with her husband Jose and their two children. Marisa meets all our Moms-to-be on their first visit. She sits down with them to go over their maternity benefits. She sets up their OB budget payment plan and answers any questions they may have. During this meeting Marisa schedules all the prenatal office visits and ultrasound visits until the Moms-to-be are ready to deliver. This allows them to pick which days and times best meet their wishes. Another plus is that Marisa is bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish and English.

Clinical Staff – Nursing

Johanna Trowell, LPN ~ Clinical Manager

Johanna, who is our manager for the nursing staff, joined our practice in late 2004 and combines her professional training as a nurse with her personal experiences as a wife and mother of three boys. Johanna is very well versed in the treatment of infertility. She has also trained in New York and California as a surgical assistant in liposuction, lipo-assisted abdominoplasty, and breast augmentation. Being fluent in Spanish as well as English has proven to be a plus for those patients in need of translation with expert and caring advice. Johanna manages our nursing staff.

Natalie Dattoli, MA

Natalie joined us December 2006. She was born in Tampa and grew up in New Port Richey, FL. Natalie lives in Groveland with her husband Kyle. Natalie is the niece of Dr. Kristina McLean. She takes care of all of our aesthetic needs and is always willing to answer questions about any of our aesthetic procedures. She is the one who usually handles prescription refills.

Wendy Womble, LPN -Obstetrics / Gynecology / Patient Care

Wendy is an experienced obstetrics and gynecology nurse. Her father has been an Obstetrician and Gynecologist for many years now. He has since retired from private practice. Wendy currently handles all high risk and normal obstetric patients. Wendy assists the physicians with office procedures. She also enjoys interacting with patients on the phone with lab results or any questions or concerns they may have. Wendy and her husband live in Clermont with their lovely daughter, Hannah.

Jennifer White, MA

Jennifer joined our practice September of 2008 and has been working in the OB/GYN field since 2003. She lives in Clermont with her husband and son. Jennifer assists our physicians as well as our infertility patients with education, information and instructions per our physicians. She also takes care of all of our patients’ IUD and Lupron needs and also does all of our surgery scheduling. Jennifer always has a smile and a cheerful attitude, making patients feel at ease.

Brenda Spears, RN

Brenda has several years experience in caring for women. Before joining our practice she worked at South Lake Hospital, in the Mother/Baby unit for over three years. She is a native from central Florida and lives in Clermont with her husband and two children. Brenda assists the physicians with our office based surgeries, i. e. as Essures, Novasures, Ablations and Adiana. She usually is the one that does most of our surgery consultations.

Amanda “Mandy” Martinez, CNA

Mandy joined us in the summer of 2010. She was born and raised here in Central Florida. She lives in Lake Panasofkee with her husband who happens to be her high school sweetheart. Mandy helps our patients to the rooms and assists the doctors and the patient through their entire visit. She always has a cheerful smile and positive attitude. Mandy is also fluent in Spanish.

Rose Gideons, CNA

Rose also lives in Lake Panasofkee with her husband and children. She is the back up person for prescription refills. Rose is soft spoken with a sweet smile and always willing to help our patients and assists the doctors. Our providers compliment her on her efficiency with proviging patients with literature/handouts, as well as her patient care knowledge. If she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll get it for you.

Rhonda DeLeon, MA

Rhonda is the newest addition to our practice and has been working in the OB/GYN field for several years now. She is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Rhonda is calm natured and compassate. She strives to ensure that our patients’ questions have been answered after their time with the Provider. She is an excellent patient communicater.

Mayra Sanchez, MA

Mayra was hired to work in our newest location in downtown Orlando. She is fluent in Spanish and very friendly. Mayra will have a dual role as front desk and medical assistant at the Orlando office.

Aesthetics, Anti-Aging & Massage

Lori McLean ~ Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Lori is also a nurse aid and works at our office three days a week to fill in where needed. She has extensive office skills and helps with lab results, filing, redesigning and creating forms, etc. Lori lives in Holiday, Florida which is just outside of New Port Richey. Lori was certified in pregnancy massage in New York. She also does private in-home massage upon request.

Front Office Personnel

Ariadna “Ari” Pena, Front Desk

Our front office personnel are usually the first staff members to greet patients in our office. They verify each patient’s information upon arriving for appointments,. It is Ari’s responsibility to collect co-pays and/or balances when patient’s check in. Some patients feel the front staff are the most important people in our office. They are able to provide immediate assistance for most patient needs. Ari joined us in this year and lives in Clermont. Ari is fluent in Spanish

Nohilin Espinoza, Front Desk

Nohilin (pronounced – No-Leen) is our latest addition. She came to us from another provider’s office and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Nohilin is originally from Costa Rica and moved to the states when she was 15 years old. She lives in Clermont with her daughter, Karolina and her son, Aaron. Aaron is autistic. Nohilin describes herself as a “people person”. She makes a great patient advocate who is willing to do whatever she can to help patients.

Back Office Personnel

Teresa Scattero, Scheduler

Teresa schedules all of our new patient appointments. She is always happy and willing to assist patients with their appointments in a prompt and efficient manner. Teresa also triages incoming phone calls, and relay messages between patients and office staff throughout the day. She and her family live in Clermont.

Lisa Thornburg, Scheduler

Lisa is our second appointment scheduler and as been with us since early 2010. She lives in Clermont with her husband Brian, her two daughters and granddaughter. Most patients compliment Lisa for her friendliness and helpfulness. She is always cheerful and goes that extra mile to find you the appointment that best fits your needs.

Billing Department

Kami Oliver, COBGCS ~ Billing Supervisor

Kami, our Billing Supervisor, is a native Floridian, growing up in Tampa. She has several years of medical billing and coding experience in the Tampa Bay area. Kami relocated to Clermont with her husband, Jason, and their four children. Kami is very dedicated and knowledgeable. She is always ready and willing to help our patients with any insurance or billing issues they may have.

Bonnie Parsotam, COBGCS

Bonnie also works in the billing department, and came aboard in November of 2008 from an OB/GYN practice in Orlando. She lives in Clermont with her husband and daughter. Bonnie is a certified OB/GYN coder & biller with over eight medical billing experience. Bonnie enters in all of the daily appointment, surgeries and deliveries. Bonnie was born in Guyana and moved to Florida in 1998.

Kyle Dattoli, Insurance Verifier

Kyle joined our practice two years ago and had relocated here from New Port Richey with his new wife, Natalie. Kyle ensures your insurance benefits are accurately verified before you come in for your appointment. He is the one you can contact if you have changes in your insurance. Kyle will update the system with your new information.
