Complete Childbirth Education package presented in an efficient one day format.
The morning session covers labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, pain medications, epidurals, cesarean sections, and postpartum care. The afternoon session covers breastfeeding basics and new baby care. Instructor is a Certified Childbirth Educator and Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
